Becoming a member is convenient as well as delicious. You’ll always have great coffee on hand and if you’re not completely satisfied, you can cancel at any time.

 

How do I place an order for The Fresh Market Coffee Club?
You may place your order online or by phone. Online: First select the Coffee Club that fits you best. Now choose your membership length: 3, 6 or 12-month options are available. Finally, enter billing and delivery information and your membership will begin. By phone: Call 1.866.532.5989 and our customer representative will walk you through the same steps and get your membership processed quickly.

 

How do I give a Coffee Club membership as a gift?
Place the order as you would for yourself and enter the gift recipient’s address into the shipping address section of your order. You can also add a personalized gift message at no additional cost. A Coffee Club membership is a gift they’ll appreciate month after month.

Renew a Membership

How do I renew my Coffee Club membership?
There are two options to sign back up for a Coffee Club Membership.

 

Option A: Place a new order. Simply browse our selections and select the club you wish to purchase before proceeding through the checkout process.

Option B: Re-Order through your Account. Sign into your account and click the link to View Order Status and History. Find your order for your coffee club membership and select View. On the Order Summary screen, click the Re-Order button next to the description of your previous order. This will add all items in your previous order to your cart. You will then complete the check-out process as we do not keep your credit card information on file.

 

Shipping Policies

Every delivery is 100% guaranteed, so you may return your order anytime if you are not satisfied. You may also cancel your membership at anytime, at no extra charge. Please give us a call at 1-866-532-5989 and we will help you return the product. We accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Q: When will my order ship/arrive?
A: We ship Coffee Club orders two times per month. Orders placed between the 1st and 14th of the month will be delivered during the last week of that month. Orders placed between the 15th and the last day of the month will be delivered during the second week of the following month. All Coffee Club orders are shipped via UPS from our roasting facility in Portland, Oregon. UPS Ground shipments typically arrive 5 business days after they are shipped, depending on your location. You should expect to receive your Coffee Club shipment on approximately the same day each month.

Q: Can I ship to a PO Box?
A: No. All orders must be shipped to a street address as UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Q: Can I ship oversees or to Canada?
A: No. At this time, we currently ship to the 48 continental states and are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.

Q: What is The Fresh Market Coffee Club Return Policy?
A: Every delivery is 100% guaranteed, so you may return your order anytime if you are not satisfied. You may also cancel your membership at anytime, at no extra charge.

Q: Can I be a member of the Coffee Club and not be on your email list?
A: Absolutely! Give us a call at 1.866.532.5989 or send us an email at coffeeclub@thefreshmarket.com and we’ll make sure great coffee keeps getting delivered to your door but the emails don’t make it to your inbox.

Q: How do I remove my name from your email list?
A: You can unsubscribe from our email list by clicking the link in the email you received. Or if you’d prefer, simply call 1.866.532.5989 or email coffeeclub@thefreshmarket.com and we’ll remove your name from our email list.
