COUPON CODES

Throughout the year we offer various coupons codes for our online customers to use. At any one time, only one coupon code can be used per order. To redeem coupon, on your Order Summary page, type in your coupon code under Sales & Discounts and click the apply button. When you coupon has been validated, you will see that the coupon has been applied.

With our free shipping promotions there is always a minimum purchase requirement which does not include applicable sales tax charges. Offers are valid for online purchases using FedEx Ground Shipping. Limit one coupon per order. Cannot be combined with other offers. Good for only one shipping address per order.

GIFT CARDS

We are unable to accept gift cards online at www.thefreshmarket.com. They can be redeemed in any of our store locations. Find your closest store.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Fresh Market purchase or gift for any reason, please give us a call at 1-866-532-5989 and we will help you return the product. We accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

SALES TAX

Why do you charge sales tax?
We are obligated by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped to states where we have a local TFM store.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the next business day.

When will my order arrive?
All product orders are shipped via Federal Express from our location in Greensboro, NC.  FedEx Ground shipments typically arrive in 2-5 business days after they are shipped, depending on your location.  FedEx 2-Day and Overnight shipments typically arrive in two business days or the next business day after they are shipped, respectively (2-Day and Overnight shipments will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday).  Please note that during the busy holiday season, 2-Day and Overnight shipments are subject to seasonal delays by FedEx.

Unless otherwise indicated in the checkout process, Gift Cards are shipped at no charge to you via The United States Postal Service (USPS).  We have no method for tracking USPS shipments, but typical arrival time for a USPS shipment is 4-7 days from the day it is shipped.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
All orders shipped via FedEx MUST be shipped to a physical address as FedEx will NOT deliver to PO Boxes.  If, however, you purchase a gift card and select USPS as your shipping method, you may have your gift card shipped to a PO Box.  If you select USPS for a gift card and give us a physical address that does not have a mail receptacle, your delivery will be significantly delayed as we cannot check every address for accuracy.      

Can I ship oversees or to Canada?
At this time, we currently ship to the 48 continental states and are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.

Gift Baskets and Boxed Gifts - Our gift baskets and sets ship separate from other items in your order. Gifts ship within 48 hours of placing an order.
