Orange Juice Notice

Recent news reports have communicated that some orange crops in Brazil were treaded with a fungicide not approved by the USDA. 

We want you, our customers, to know that The Fresh Market brand orange juices are unaffected by this incident. TFM Fresh Squeezed, Valencia, Pulp Free & Country Style brand orange juices are made exclusively from oranges grown in Florida.  Our TFM Organic orange juice is a blend of Florida juice and juice from other countries, but it is a USDA certified organic product that, by definition, does not use any fungicide to treat orange crops.

Other brands we have confirmed to be unaffected by this incident are: Florida’s Natural, Indian River and Red Jacket as they all contain juice from oranges grown in the United States.
