6 PRONG CABERNET SAUVIGNON - A blend of small lot fermentations that were handpicked and hand sorted, then aged for 22 months in a blend of new and seasoned French and American Oak barrels. Chocolate covered cherries and vanilla lead into firm structured tannins. Pair with pork loin and grilled vegetables.

ALMA NEGRA MALBEC - Alma Negra ("dark soul") honors the unexplored depths of beauty in the shadows of our souls. The winemakers collaborated on a wine that would symbolize many of the different things in which they believed. Before they knew it, many layers of beauty were united into one wine. This Blend of 70% Bonarda, 20% Malbec and 10% Cabernet Franc is composed of fruit selected from some of Argentina's most distinguished, high altitude vineyard sites. Good pairings include: Cajun cuisine, calzones, poultry, vegetable couscous and steak.

AMALAYA - From the high elevation of the Salta region in northwest Argentina, Amalaya is a blend of 75% of Argentina’s signature red grape, Malbec, rounded out with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Medium to full bodied, the palate is loaded up with a core of vibrant, juicy fruit - raspberries and dark red fruits, with some spicy, earth tones kicking in on the dry finish. Pair with rich, meaty stews or beef.

CHATEAU STE MICHELLE INDIAN WELLS MERLOT - The Wahluke Slope appellation is often considered the top winemaking region of Washington state. It is a 13 mile wide gravel bar created by the ice age floods that ravaged Eastern Washington some 15,000 years ago. It is one of the warmest grape growing regions in the state resulting in early harvest. The grapes bear big flavors and structure for their wines. This is the ideal “pasta wine”.

Settling in Chile, this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Carmenere is the result of their carful planning and hard work. Beautifully balanced with burst in your mouth flavors of cherries and chocolate, this wine pairs well with slow cooked pork.

CLOS DU VAL CHARDONNAY - Full of rich fruit nicely accented with a bit of oak and vanilla, the outstanding 2008 vintage produced a wine with perfect balance and great depth of fruit, rich and long. Lemon zest, lime, mint combine in pale layers, the oak present in the structure of the wine without flavoring it overtly. Perfect pairing for a salad of calamari, carrots and mint.
