What makes Jersey cow milk different that other available milk? Just take a sip and you'll see that it is richer and creamier. Plus, even though these cows produce a smaller volume of milk than the Holstein breed, Jersey cow milk is 20% higher in calcium and 10 to 20% higher in protein.

Our milking herd is made-up of all Jersey cows. Jersey cows are known for their rich creamy tasting milk. Although, Jersey cows produce a smaller volume of milk than the much larger, more commonly used black and white Holsteins, Jersey milk is slightly higher in calcium and protein that milk from other herds.

We know the quality of the milk and the quality of life for the cows. Our Jersey cows are grazed 365 days a year. In addition to grass grazing, they are fed supplemental feed as needed to produce the best milk and healthiest cows possible.  The feed is natural and has no animal by-products.

The herds are not injected with rBST hormones.
We believe a healthy herd fed an all-natural diet, produces the best milk. Our herd is not injected with recombinant Bovine Growth Hormones, rBGH or rBST. These artificial hormones are used to increase milk production. *Although the FDA states that they find no significant difference in milk from cows that are injected and not injected, we choose not to use this artificial hormone.
