At The Fresh Market, we are pleased to offer a wide selection of fully prepared foods for our customers. To enjoy your foods to the fullest, please follow the simply instructions listed below. All foods are listed in alphabetical order below.

Below are a few safety tips when reheating any foods

 
Keep cold foods refrigerated (below 40 Fahrenheit)
Heat product thoroughly (min 165 Fahrenheit internal temperature measured at the thickest part)
Keep hot food hot or eat immediately
Microwaving: To ensure an evenly cooked dish, we suggest cooking at medium power. Always cover with a paper towel to avoid moisture loss. .
Oven: For a moist, evenly cooked meal, we suggest covering your dish with aluminum foil.
 
Brie (Take & Bake) Oven: Bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes, or at 350° for 25-30 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Do NOT cover.
 
 
Buffalo Chicken Tenders Oven: Bake at 350° until internal temperature reaches 165°. Only reheat once.  Eat within 2 days of purchase.
Microwave: 2-3 minutes on high, or until internal temperature is 165°. Only reheat once. Eat within 2 days of purchase.
 
Coconut Chicken Tenders Oven: Bake at 350° until internal temperature reaches 165°. Only reheat once.  Eat within 2 days of purchase.
Microwave: 2-3 minutes on high, or until internal temperature is 165°. Only reheat once. Eat within 2 days of purchase.
 
Creamed Spinach Oven: Cover and bake at 350° until internal temperature reaches 165°. Only reheat once.  Eat within 2 days of purchase.
Microwave: 2-3 minutes on high, or until internal temperature is 165°. Only reheat once. Eat within 2 days of purchase.
 
Focaccia Pizzas Oven: Remove from container and place directly in oven. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbling.
 
 
Grilled Chicken
Breast
Oven: Cover and bake at 350° until internal temperature reaches 165°. Only reheat once.  Eat within 2 days of purchase.
Microwave: 2-3 minutes on high, or until internal temperature is 165°. Only reheat once. Eat within 2 days of purchase.
 
Individual Lasagna (Meat or Vegetable) Oven: Cover and bake at 350° for 30 - 40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°. Let stand for 5 minutes. Only reheat once.  Eat within 2 days of purchase.
Microwave: Cover and cook 5 - 6 minutes on medium, or until internal temperature is 165°. Let stand 5 minutes. Only reheat once. Eat within 2 days of purchase.
 
Macaroni and
Cheese
Oven: Bake at 350° until internal temperature reaches 165°. Only reheat once.  Eat within 2 days of purchase.
Microwave: 2-3 minutes on high, or until internal temperature is 165°. Only reheat once. Eat within 2 days of purchase.
 
Meatballs Oven: Bake uncovered at 350° until internal temperature reaches 165°. Only reheat once.  Eat within 2 days of purchase.
 
 
Meatloaf Oven: Bake at 350° until internal temperature reaches 165°. Only reheat once.  Eat within 2 days of purchase.
Microwave: 2-3 minutes on high, or until internal temperature is 140°
 
Mini Chicken Pot Pie Oven: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes if thawed or 45 minutes if frozen.
 
 
 
Potstickers Microwave: Submerge in water for 10 seconds. Place on a microwave safe plate. 2–2 ½ minutes on high. Only reheat once. Eat within2 days of purchase.
Stovetop: Pour 1 Tbs of oil into pan on medium. Add potstickers, fry for 2 minutes or until bottom is golden brown. Pour 2 Tbs of water into pan and cover. (Use caution when adding water to hot oil as oil will pop). Reduce to low for 3 minutes or until water evaporates. Only reheat once. Eat within2 days of purchase.
Deep Fry: In hot oil (350 F), for 2 ½-3 minutes or until golden brown. Only reheat once. Eat within2 days of purchase.
 
Pizzas Oven: Remove from cardboard and place directly in oven.  If a darker crust is preferred, brush edges with olive oil.  Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes.
 
Potato Pancakes Oven: Bake at 350° until internal temperature reaches 165°. Only reheat once.  Eat within 2 days of purchase.
Microwave: 2-3 minutes on high, or until internal temperature is 165°. Only reheat once. Eat within 2 days of purchase.
 
Quesadillas Stovetop: Heat in a non-stick skillet for 3-4 minutes over medium heat or until cheese is melted and internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.  Flip mid-way through. Only reheat once. Eat within2 days of purchase.
Microwave: Place on a microwave safe plate and cover with a paper towel. 2-3 minutes on medium or until temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Only reheat once. Eat within2 days of purchase.
 
Quiche Oven: Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
Microwave: Heat until internal temperature is 165°. 
 
Salmon Oven: Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
Microwave: Place on a microwave safe plate and cover. 5-7 minutes on medium or until temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Rotate once during cooking.
 
Stuffed Cabbage Oven: Bake at 350° until internal temperature reaches 165°. Only reheat once.  Eat within 2 days of purchase.
Microwave: 2-3 minutes on high, or until internal temperature is 165°. Only reheat once. Eat within 2 days of purchase.
 
Twice Baked Potato Oven: Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 140°
Microwave: 2 minutes on high
 
Whipped Potatoes Oven: Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 140°
