Our soups are made with fresh, all-natural ingredients, and they are never frozen — so you always get soup that tastes like it just came from the kettle. Our chef, a classically trained culinary expert from Europe, believes the secret lies in the stock. Every batch of stock is sampled repeatedly to make sure it bears the right balance of seasonings and flavor before our soups are even started.

Minestrone
A delicious, hearty vegetable soup, our minestrone is the perfect food to warm you up on an autumn afternoon. We’ve packed lots of delicious goodness into this soup with fresh pasta, white beans, tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, onions, celery and zucchini squash — all in a rich, made-from-scratch vegetable stock. Perfect with a slice of our garlic bread, fresh from our Bakery Department.  

Thai Chicken Soup with Red Curry
This delicious Asian-inspired soup is made with fresh ingredients and packed with flavor. We start by simmering white and dark chicken meat in scratch-made chicken stock until it’s moist and tender. Next we add just the right amount of brown rice, onions, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and red curry paste. Finally, we give it a creamy finish with splash of coconut milk and lime juice and garnish with chopped scallions.
