Local artisan salsa maker Toney Jones starrted selling his small batch fresh salsa at the Franklin Farmers Market in 2004.

Toney uses all natural ingredients, local and organic whenever possible, in some unexpected combinations; including tomatillos, kiwis, key limes, mangos, peaches and smokey chipotles.
