Our seafood department offers an outstanding array of fresh fish, shellfish and prepared entrees, but we are especially proud of our noteworthy selection of specialty items, especially our Caviar. Available varieties available are below (may require special ordering from the Seafood department).

Farmed Osetra
Medium, dark brown berries with a clean, crisp,
nutty flavor.
Farmed Sevruga
Small, light gray beads with a smooth feel on the palate and a buttery finish. Similar to Beluga,
but with a richer and more intense flavor.

A very economical caviar that is similar to the
Caspian Sevruga. Small, light gray beads with a
rich creamy taste and a sea-breeze finish.
Harvested wild using sustainable practices.
American Hackleback
One of the most popular caviars. Hackleback comes from small freshwater sturgeon native to
the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. Dark brown
to black color medium beads with a rich, buttery
flavor and a mild, nutty finish.
Salmon Roe
Large bright orange-red berries with a firm
texture that provides a fresh, fruity pop on the
palate and a distinctive salmon flavor from wild
Coho Salmon sustainably harvested in Alaska.
Trout Roe
Bright orange beads that are similar to Salmon
Roe but slightly smaller. Firm texture with a
smooth, subtle sweet flavor. Great to serve alone
or as a garnish on fish or in sauces.
Storage
- Store in the coldest part of your refrigerator on a bed of ice
- Opened Caviar should be consumed within 2 to 3 days
- Caviar should sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes prior to serving
- Metal serving utensils should not be used because it oxidizes the caviar and can make it taste metallic
- Average serving size = 0.5 to 1 oz per person
