At The Fresh Market, we are pleased to offer delicious Gulf and Atlantic Oysters, Clams from the Atlantic coast of the southern United States and Mussels from Prince Edward Island, Canada. These areas are renowned for their production of each respective type of shellfish.

Interested in Scallops? The Fresh Market features at least three varieties. We offer a small Bay Scallop, which is perfect for soups and stuffing. We also offer two sizes of Sea Scallops: a fresh, medium-size Sea Scallop and a colossal Sea Scallop. At The Fresh Market, none of our delicious scallops have added preservatives.

For our customers who still value the art of cooking their own shrimp, we offer a wide selection of raw shrimp. You can choose from shell-on shrimp that ranges in size from approximately 45 shrimp per pound to 27 shrimp per pound, or even 10 shrimp per pound. You can also find large and small peeled and deveined raw shrimp.
