How do we choose our products?
For an item to carry The Fresh Market name or logo, it needs to taste good! Our brand provides you with quality products that offer something different. They save you money or fulfill a need. We don’t have a store full of “me too” items, and we don’t carry a tier of products (a good, better, best).

We want everything with our name on it to be as good as or better than the other items in our stores. How do we ensure this is the case? Well, sometimes it takes us awhile to get there. We had to reformulate our organic strawberry jam seven times before it met our expectations! Finally, after testing fruit from all over the world, we settled on the right variety of strawberry to deliver us the flavor, color and consistency we expected. So although you might not realize it, TFM Organic Strawberry Jam is truly a one of-a-kind product, sold nowhere else in the United States.

We also try to find as many unique suppliers as we can…like the ones we have featured with our jams. We love working with smaller companies with a sense of responsibility to their people and the planet!
