Atlantic Smoked Salmon

Cold Smoked
Our all-natural Atlantic Salmon is hand-selected for its superior quality and freshness. We fully cure each fillet by hand and give it its authentic smoked flavor by smoking it for more than twelve hours in rich hickory chips.

Wild Alaskan Sockeye Smoked Salmon

Cold Smoked
Our all-natural, brilliant red Sockeye Salmon comes directly from the clear, icy waters of Alaska. Using time-honored traditional methods, we slowly smoke our salmon below 85° with genuine apple wood from Washington State apple trees giving it thatsmooth silky texture and authentic smoked flavor. Our cold smoked Wild Alaskan Salmon is available in both 4 and 8 oz packages.

Hot Smoked
Our hot smoked salmon starts with the same brilliant red Sockeye Salmon caught in the cold Alaskan waters. In order to create just the right flavor and texture, we carefully smoke the salmon between 185 and 200 degrees and leave the entire fillet intact. You’ll find our hot smoked Sockeye Salmon tastes much like a cooked salmon fillet but with a rich smoky flavor. Our Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon comes in two varieties: Traditional Sockeye and Cajun Style Sockeye.
