There are many options to choose from when planning your holiday menu. Our Meat and Seafood departments offer a variety of traditional and unique selections including:

Meat

Standing Rib RoastStanding Rib Roast
Our in-store butchers make preparing and serving this roast effortless by trimming the meat away from the bone, then tying it for easy carving with bone-in flavor. Our Seasoned Rib Roast is cut from the most tender end of the ribeye, frenched and seasoned with our own handmade crust to be flavorful and oven-ready. Whether Angus or Hereford, all our beef is aged a minimum of 14 days to ensure tenderness.


Whole Beef TenderloinWhole Beef Tenderloin
A holiday favorite, Beef Tenderloin is a great choice to impress a hungry crowd without spending hours in the kitchen. At your request, our butchers will gladly trim and tie your whole tenderloin or cut it into Filet Mignon steaks of your desired thickness. Choose our Angus beef for its excellent marbling and rich flavor or try our leaner Hereford beef for its consistent tenderness.

Turducken

Boneless Turducken
Our Turducken consists of a boneless duck breast stuffed inside a boneless chicken breast stuffed inside a turkey breast. Our favorite herb stuffing and delicious Andouille sausage are layered throughout for a special entrée for your holiday meal.

 


Crown Pork RoastPork Crown Roast
For a large gathering of eight or more guests, we recommend a 12-rib Pork Crown Roast. Our butchers prepare this roast from our fresh pork loins by first Frenching the rib bones, then tying together the ends of the rack. At home, you are ready to stuff and roast. Add our complimentary chop holders after cooking for a memorable table presentation!


Rack of Lamb
Our fresh Rack of Lamb is specified at 24 oz or larger and is Frenched and scored to cut into chops for your convenience.


Pot Pie
Our Chicken and Beef Pot Pies are loaded with fresh vegetables and slow-roasted meats and each has its own special recipe broth made fresh for each batch of pies. Enclosed in a rich, buttery crust, these Pies are ready to bake and make a simple yet hearty winter dinner.


Leg of LambLeg of Lamb
If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary to prepare this holiday, try our Leg of Lamb. Traditionally, it’s sold with the bone included but if you prefer, we would be glad to remove the bone and tie the leg as a boneless roast.

 


Spiral HamSpiral Ham
The Fresh Market’s honey cured and maple glazed Spiral Ham is slowly smoked over real hickory chips for four to six hours to produce the savory traditional smokehouse flavor you have come to love.

 


Holiday TurkeyHoliday Turkey
Our fresh Bell & Evans Turkeys are prized for their high percentage of white breast meat. We are proud to serve this leaner turkey that has been the choice at the White House for over three decades. If your family prefers a more traditional turkey, we also offer the same all-natural fresh turkey that is available in our stores throughout the year.

Wild Alaskan Salmon
Our Wild Alaskan Salmon is caught at the height of the Alaskan salmon season.  Because of exceptional harvesting and handling standards, we are able to bring Wild King and Sockeye Salmon to your store year round. 


Coconut ShrimpCoconut Shrimp
For a sweet and tangy twist on shrimp cocktail, try these large shrimp battered and fried in a sweet coconut glaze. Bake in the oven for a crispy finish and pair with our TFM Tropical Mango Coconut Sauce.



Crab LegsCrab Legs - Snow & King
Preparing these Crab Legs is extremely simple. First of all, our Snow Crab and King Crab Legs are pre-cooked so all you have to do is heat them up! Sea ScallopsOur Collosal Sea Scallops have a delicate, sweet flavor. We only offer dry scallops, meaning they’ve never been “soaked” in an attempt to add extra weight.
