Q: How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
A: Get it fresh and keep it fresh. The key to enjoying great coffee at home is starting with the freshest coffee beans possible then it should be stored in a dark place at room temperature. Use small jars, if possible, filled up as much as possible, to minimize the amount of coffee that is exposed (and re-exposed) to oxygen and humidity each time the jars are opened. Freezing your coffee may make it last longer, but it can also negatively affect the taste.
Q: Should whole beans and ground beans be stored differently?
A: Store whole roasted coffee beans in an airtight container that is not clear glass. Ceramic is often used successfully. Do not store more than one or two week's worth of coffee at one time. Ground beans lose their flavor and freshness more quickly than whole beans and should also be kept in airtight containers. Store ground coffee beans at room temperature and do not expose to sunlight or heat. Never store ground coffee beans in the freezer.
Q: Do your flavored coffees have any added sugar?
A: No, the flavorings used in The Fresh Market flavored coffees contain no added sugars or sweeteners. Even the cocoa-coated Molten Chocolate coffee uses unsweetened cocoa!

A: No, the flavorings used in The Fresh Market flavored coffees are gluten-free.
Q: Are there any significant allergens in your coffees?
A: The flavorings used do not contain any common allergens. The Fresh Market recommends against the consumption of flavored coffee if you have any unusual or rare sensitivities.
