The Pacific Northwest is known for their amazing coffee and coffeehouse culture. Our coffees are roasted in a LEED Silver-certified roastery right in the heart of it all.
Our coffees are small batch-roasted and air-cooled — never quenched in water — which maximizes freshness. Then, our coffees are packed with one-way valves to prevent oxygen exposure so that the coffee in your kitchen stays as fresh as the day it was roasted.
