The Fresh Market is committed to providing a package of standard and optional benefits designed to have the flexibility to meet the needs of our people regardless of their personal life situations.

Our basic package for all fulltime employees provides medical, prescription medicine and dental coverage through the extensive national networks of BlueCross and BlueShield and Delta Dental.   If needed, this coverage may also be extended to spouses or domestic partners and children.

We also cover all full time employees with basic life insurance and long term disability.  In addition for those who require additional coverage we offer the option of short term disability, along with choices for increased term life insurance and personal accident insurance on you and your spouse/domestic partner and children.

For our part-time and new employees we offer low cost medical, prescription, life, dental and vision coverage through the Starbridge program offered by Cigna.
