Our Specialty Entrée Offerings There are many options to choose from when planning your holiday menu. Our Meat and Seafood departments offer a variety of traditional and unique selections including:
• Turducken – It’s exactly what the name implies – a little turkey, duck and chicken all rolled into one. Actually, it’s a boneless duck breast stuffed inside a boneless chicken breast stuffed inside a boneless turkey breast with our favorite herb stuffing and delicious Andouille sausage layered throughout. To prepare, bake at 350°F for 30 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. • Standing Rib Roast – We strive to make your work in the kitchen a little easier with our Standing Rib Roast. Our in-store butchers trim the meat away from the bone then tie it for easy carving with bone-in flavor, making preparing and serving this roast effortless. And for an even easier solution, try our Seasoned Rib Roast which is cut from the most tender end of the ribeye, frenched and seasoned with our own handmade crust to be flavorful and oven-ready. • Bell & Evans Turkey – Prized for their high percentage of white breast meat, we are proud to serve this leaner turkey that has been the choice at the White House for over three decades. • Fully Prepared Holiday Meal – If you’re short on time, there’s no need to stress, just call the Deli. Select from our two holiday meal options or build your meal á la carte to fill your table the easiest way yet! Selections include our Traditional Holiday Meal for 6 to 8, our Deluxe Holiday Dinner for 8 to 10 and enough á la carte items to fill an entire dining room. Read all about our Holiday Meals online.

Wine Pairing Guide If you need a little guidance in selecting wine for your Thanksgiving dinner, you might be interested in our Thanksgiving wine pairings:
• If you’re serving Turkey, Ham, Lobster, Shrimp or Seafod, we suggest offering a light bodied white such as Chateau Ste Michelle Eroica Riesling, Firesteed Pinot Gris or Echeverria Sauvignon Blanc. Or, serve a medium bodied red like Firesteed Pinot Noir, H3 Merlot and St Hilaire Brut. • For a Beef Roast or Steak dinner, serve a heavy bodied red. We recommend Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet, Simi Cabernet and Charles Krug Napa Valley Cabernet. • Serving a Pork Roast or Tenderloin? Try a medium bodied white or red such as Simi Chardonnay, Chateau Ste Michelle, Indian Wells Merlot or Echeverria Carmenere. • And if you choose to serve Lamb, a medium bodied red such as Spanish Sons Tempranillo or Murphy Goode Liars Dice Zinfandel would be a good pick.
