Chicken Spinach Cannelloni (available in our Deli)
Delicious pasta stuffed with chicken, spinach and cheese. For a quick meal, simply cover the cannelloni with your favorite sauce in a shallow baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
Mama Mancini's Meatballs(available in our Deli)
The only way to prepare authentic old world meatballs and sauce, Mama Mancini's Meatballs are made from 100% beef, eggs, Romano Cheese, onion, parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper and the exact amount of bread crumbs. Lightly browned and simmered for hours in a frew tomato sauce made from pure Italian plum tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, a dash of salt and pepper and a bay leaf, you'll surely taste the difference. Available fully cooked, just heat and serve.
Minestrone (available in our Deli)
A hearty vegetable soup made with fresh pasta, white beans and lots of veggies—all inside a made-from-scratch vegetable stock.
Chicken a la Venezia (available at our Meat counter)
A tender chicken breast stuffed with spinach, ricotta and Parmesan cheese and covered in breadcrumbs.
To prepare: Bake at 350° for 20 minutes wrapped with foil. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°.
Italian Beef Pinwheels (available at our Meat counter)
Thinly sliced flank steak layered with Swiss cheese, spinach and ham and rolled into a pinwheel to lock in the flavors.
To prepare: Bake in a 375° oven on a greased pan for 12 minutes per side, or try cooking over the grill for 10 minutes per side.
