Grilling Basics

Choose even-sized pieces to ensure even cooking

Grill over medium heat and avoid constant flipping.

Marinate chicken for at least one hour.  Use one of our favorites below or create your own marinade.  Be sure to include an acidic liquid (citrus juice, soy sauce, vinegar) to break down the tough protein and a bit of oil for moisture.  Season with herbs and spices for flavor.
