Portabella Gouda – These burgers are made with shredded smoked Gouda and chopped portabella mushrooms. Topping suggestions include: Gouda cheese, sautéed sweet Vidalia onions and tomato.

Bleu Cheese – Just what you think it is…Bleu cheese mixed with ground beef. The sharp and salty flavor of the cheese becomes more fragrant as the burger cooks. Serve with tomatoes, red onion and lettuce.

Bacon Cheddar – Cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon combined with ground beef make an excellent burger…just keep an eye on the grill because the bacon grease can cause flare-ups. Top with sautéed onions and TFM Thick & Sweet BBQ Sauce. For cheese lovers, top with an additional slice of Cheddar cheese.

Garden Turkey – Made with ground turkey, fresh portabella mushrooms, green peppers and Italian dressing, this burger is refreshing. Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomato and red onion.

Turkey Caesar – Ground turkey combined with just the right amount of sun-dried tomatoes and Caesar dressing then coated in Parmesan bread crumbs, this is the ultimate turkey burger. Serve on a whole wheat bun with Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing.

Creative Combinations at Home
Greek Inspired – Mix ground beef (or turkey) with Kalamata olives and Feta cheese. Serve in a pita and top with TFM Tzatziki Sauce, lettuce and tomatoes.

Tropical Delight – Combine ground beef (or turkey) with orange, lemon and lime zest and make into patties. Serve on bun with grilled pineapple, bacon and Cheddar cheese.
