Dairy Free Dark Chocolate Coconut Ganache (Fresh Flavors Feb. '14)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 1/2 oz Pascha Organic Dark Chocolate 85% Cacao, roughly chopped
- 2/3 c coconut milk
- 1 tsp TFM Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp honey
In a saucepot, melt coconut oil over medium heat. Add the dark chocolate and coconut milk and stir continuously until chocolate is melted and milk is incorporated. Turn off heat and add vanilla and honey and stir until well combined. Drizzle ganache over Chocolate & Smoked Sea Salt Dessert Balls.
Ganache can be served fondue style with favorite fruits or slices of TFM French Vanilla Pound Cake.
