Fruit and Nut Goat Cheese(Fresh Flavors Nov. '13)
- 1/3 c. pecans, finely chopped
- 3 oz. log goat cheese, slightly softened
- 1/3 c. Blackberry Patch Raspberry Fruit Syrup
- 1 box multigrain crackers
Place chopped pecans on a small plate. Roll goat cheese in the nuts, coating all side and place on a small serving platter. Pour Blackberry Patch syrup over the top of the goat cheese. Serve at room temperature on top of multigrain crackers.

Love goat cheese and the addition of the pecans and syrup just made it more enjoyable. Will make it again

Great combination of taste and texture! The sweetness of the pecans were the perfect compliment to the tangy goat cheese. I used red raspberry syrup.....The sweet, fruit flavor of the syrup put it over the top. My guests loved it, and so did I! Quick and easy!!
