Maple Glazed Salmon


  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger, minced
  • 1 1/4 lbs. salmon
  • 2 tbsp. scallions, thinly sliced


Mix all ingredients except salmon and scallions. Cut salmon fillet into 4 serving pieces. Place in shallow glass or plastic dish. Drizzle marinade over fish reserving about 1/4 cup marinade. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high, place fish in oiled foil or grilling plank. Cook until fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 minutes per side.

To serve, drizzle reserved 1/4 cup marinade over fish; top with scallions.



We love this as our "go to" recipe! It is always a hit. This is packed with big flavor and is great with chicken, too.
