Mediterranean Deviled Eggs (Fresh Flavors Apr '12)


  • 6 Egg-Land's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Kalamata Olives from the TFM Olive Bar, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped


Cut eggs in half; remove and reserve the yolks. In a mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, feta cheese, pepper and olives. Spoon mixture into the hollowed egg whites and garnish with fresh mint. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
