Sweet and Tangy Apple Cabbage Salad
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 head of purple cabbage, thinly sliced or shredded
- 1 large green apple, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
Combine red wine vinegar, whole grain mustard and honey in a bowl; whisk until blended. Fold in cabbage and apple until well coated, garnish with green onions and walnuts. Cover and refrigerate.
