Ultimate Grilled Pizza
- 1 lb mild Italian sausage links
- 1 Crust Rustic Ciabatta Flatbread
- 1 c TFM Pizza Sauce
- 1 garlic clove thinly sliced
- 1 Bag TFM Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- 2 tbsp California Sun Dry Smoked Sundried Tomato Julienne Cut
- 1/2 c Conventional Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 1/4 c Santa Barbara Olive Co. Large Pitted Ripe Black Olives, halved
- 1/4 c Cento Marinated Artichokes, drained
Prepare gas or charcoal grill for use and bring to medium heat. Grill sausages
until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Lower heat slightly if grill begins to
flare up and sausages start to burn. Remove to a cutting board and allow to cool
slightly before slicing into bite-sized rounds. While sausages cook prepare the

Heat through, about 5 minutes, then flip crust. Immediately begin building
pizza – evenly spread pizza sauce over crust followed by sliced garlic,
mozzarella cheese and the remaining ingredients. Top with sausage
slices and close lid. Grill pizza until cheese is bubbly and crust is crisp,
about 8 minutes. Turn pizza about every 2-3 minutes to ensure the crust
is cooking evenly and not burning. Carefully remove to cutting board,
slice and serve!
NOTE: The trick to a perfect grilled pizza is to have all ingredients prepped
and ready to go before you place your crust on the grill. Once on the grill, the
crust will cook quickly. Have fun with this meal deal by swapping out different
meats, crusts and amounts of toppings!

Loved the idea of pizza on the grill. Pizza was a mile high...just perfect. We added peppers and extra cheese along with lots of fresh basil..

This was my first Little Big Thursday Meal. It will not be my last. Super easy to pick up, excellent results even for a novice pizza baker! Way better than delivery or pick up at the local pizzaria
