Savory Dijon Stuffing
 

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 TFM Stuffing Kit (from our Produce department)
  • 1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons TFM Poultry Spice Rub
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) package Canterbury Organics Rosemary Sage Dressing Mix
  • 2 cups TFM Chicken Stock


Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large saucepan combine butter and mustard over medium heat. Stir in contents of produce stuffing kit; cook until veggies are tender. Add water chestnuts, walnuts, poultry seasoning and pepper. Toss with dressing mix and chicken broth. Place stuffing in a 6 quart casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven.
