Preheat oven to 350°. Brown chicken over medium-high heat, add pasta sauce and peppers, turn heat to low and simmer for about 6 minutes. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, begin layering ingredients starting with dry noodles, overlapping and breaking as needed. Spread ricotta on noodles, just enough to lightly cover. Then add meat sauce and mozzarella. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese. Cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and continue baking 6 minutes or until cheese is golden. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
