Fresh Cranberry Orange Chutney
 

Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces fresh whole cranberries
  • 1 orange, juice and zest cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick


Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, about 20 minutes.

Refrigerate until cooled. Remove cinnamon stick before serving.
