Creamy Horseradish Sauce
 

Ingredients:
  • 1 horseradish root, about 3/4 lb
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped


Preparation:

Peel outer skin off root and finely grate the white flesh into a bowl. Stir in cream, mayonnaise, crème fraîche, lemon juice and mustard. Sprinkle with fresh chives before serving.


 
TFM Tip Great served with Standing Rib Roast. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
