Oatmeal with Maple Syrup Glazed Bananas
Servings: 4
 

Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 bananas, cut into 1" slices
  • 1/2 cup TFM maple syrup
  • 2 cups oatmeal, cooked
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt


Preparation:

In a large skillet, melt butter. Add bananas. Cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Add maple syrup and salt. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Divide oatmeal into 4 serving bowls. Pour banana and syrup mixture over top.


 
TFM Tip Try adding a dash of dark rum or vanilla.
