Preheat oven to 325º. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oils, eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon. Fold dry ingredients into wet, then add cherry pie filling and gently combine. Spread batter into greased or paper-lined muffin tins.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
