Preheat oven to 350°. In large sauté pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, rosemary, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and sauté for 1 minute.
Add asparagus to sauté pan, toss well and sauté for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, place asparagus in baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake 10 minutes.
