Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chorizo until fully cooked, about 6 minutes. Drain excess fat. Add the jar of Frontera Chili Starter and beer to the pan, stirring to combine, and bring to a simmer. Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until all the cheese is melted and fully incorporated. Pour mixture into a serving bowl and serve with The Fresh Market Tortilla Chips.
