Chimichurri Skirt Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. skirt steak, cut into 4 (8 oz.) pieces
  • 3 whole garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 14 oz. Gaucho Ranch Chimichurri Sauce

Directions

Bring skirt steak to room temperature and rub garlic cloves, salt and pepper onto each side. On a very hot grill, sear the skirt steak 3-5 minutes on each side until medium rare. Bring steaks off grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with Gaucho Ranch Chimichurri Sauce. Tip: Serve with roasted potatoes or as a filler for fajitas.
