Fresh Grape Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs. red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • ½ tbsp. agave syrup
  • 1 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill for one hour or overnight. Serve with toasted baguette slices and goat cheese or Brie.
