In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil, add rotini pasta. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8- 10 minutes; drain. Return to pot and mix in olive oil, vinegars, lemon juice, garlic powder, basil, oregano, cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, feta cheese, onions and olives. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, serve cold.
