Pineapple Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango, chopped
  • 2 c. pineapple, chopped
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ c. red onion, minced
  • ¼ c. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • The Fresh Market Low Sodium Chili Mango Grinder

Directions

Mix all chopped ingredients in a large bowl and add lime juice. Grind The Fresh Market Low Sodium Chili Mango spices over the salsa and mix well. Set aside to allow the juices to combine together.

Serve with tortilla chips, over fish, chicken or chicken hot dogs.
