- 2 lbs. boneless boston butt
- 1 bottle Lillie’s Q Carolina BBQ Sauce, divided
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 lb. coleslaw (from our deli)
1Add pork and sauce
In a slow cooker, add the pork and cover with ½ c. of Lillie’s Q Carolina BBQ Sauce. Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.
2Use tongs to remove pork
After 4 hours, remove lid and use tongs or a slotted spoon to transfer pork to a medium sized bowl or cutting board to cool, about 5-10 minutes. Discard cooking liquid from the slow cooker and place on warm.
Once cool enough to handle, shred the pork with 2 forks. Place pork back in slow cooker and add 1 ½ c. of Lillie’s Q Carolina BBQ sauce. Stir to coat pork.
Portion BBQ on buns. Top with coleslaw and serve.
