- ¼ c red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ head of purple cabbage, thinly sliced or shredded
- 1 large green apple, thinly sliced
- 3 small green onions, chopped
- walnuts, chopped, for garnish
Combine red wine vinegar, whole grain mustard and honey in a bowl; whisk until blended. Fold in cabbage and apple until well coated, garnish with green onions and walnuts. Cover and refrigerate.
