- 1 can whole yellow sweet corn, drained and patted dry
- 1 c. sour cream
- ½ c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 to 2 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
- kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- corn chips or pita chips, for serving
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn chips.
