Our in-store butchers take the effort out of prepping and serving standing rib roast by trimming the meat away from the bone, then tying it for easy carving with bone-in flavor. Each delicious portion is cut from the most tender end of the rib eye, Frenched and seasoned with our own handmade crust to be flavorful and oven-ready. All of our beef is aged a minimum of 14 days to ensure tenderness. Requires cooking.
