- 4 boneless pork chops
- Lillie’s Q Carolina BBQ Sauce
Heat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium. Liberally brush pork chops with BBQ sauce and grill 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 145°F. Brush the pork chops again a few minutes before removing from heat. Serve immediately, with extra sauce on the side.
For chicken, follow same instructions except grill 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
