All you have to do is top them with your favorite fixings, and Voila! Dinner is served. See below for cooking instructions that bring out the rich, succulent flavor of our beef burgers.
Stovetop: Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium high heat. Place burgers in pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until a thermometer reads 160°F. Reduce heat to medium if burgers begin to burn.
Grill: Prepare grill to medium high heat. Lightly oil grates with canola oil to avoid sticking. Place burgers on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until a thermometer reads 160°F. Reduce heat to medium or move burgers to cooler location if they begin to burn.
