Stovetop: Heat 1 tbsp canola oil* in a large skillet or grill pan over medium high heat. Place burgers in pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until a thermometer reads 160°F. Reduce heat to medium if burgers begin to burn.

Grill: Prepare grill to medium high heat. Lightly oil grates with canola oil* to avoid sticking. Place burgers on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until a thermometer reads 160°F. Reduce heat to medium or move burgers to cooler location if they begin to burn.
