Pork and Chicken Skewers Cooking Instructions:

Grill: Prepare grill to medium heat. Lightly oil grates with canola oil to avoid sticking. Place skewers on grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, flipping often, until meat develops a slight char and is cooked through. An internal thermometer should read 145°F for pork and 165°F for chicken.

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place skewers on sheet pan and roast 15-20 minutes, flipping skewers half way through. An internal thermometer should read 145°F for pork and 165°F for chicken.

Vegetable Skewers Cooking Instructions:

Grill: Prepare grill to medium heat. Lightly oil grates with canola oil to avoid sticking. Place skewers on grill and cook for 7-10 minutes per side, flipping often, until vegetables are tender and develop a slight char.

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place skewers on sheet pan and roast 20-25 minutes, flipping skewers half way through.
