Pork and Chicken Kabob Cooking Instructions:

Grill: Prepare grill to medium heat. Lightly oil grates with canola oil to prevent sticking. Place skewers on grill and cook until meat develops a slight char and is cooked through.

Pork: 5-7 mins per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Chicken: 8-10 mins per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place skewers on sheet pan and cook, flipping skewers halfway through.

Pork: 15-20 mins or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Chicken: 20-25 mins or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Vegetable Skewers Cooking Instructions:

Grill: Prepare grill to medium heat. Lightly oil grates with canola oil to prevent sticking. Place skewers on grill, season with salt and pepper and cook for 7-10 mins per side, until vegetables are tender and develop a slight char.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place skewers on sheet pan, season with salt and pepper and roast 20-25 mins, flipping skewers halfway through.
