Our Favorite Way To Serve It Up
If you’re choosing pork chops, we recommend marinating them for at least an hour (or overnight, if time allows) so they soak up the flavors of the sauce. See below for step-by-step instructions.
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 jar Bronco Bob’s Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, divided
Place pork chops in a large zip-top bag with ¾ c of raspberry chipotle sauce, seal bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight to marinate.
Cooktop/Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with foil. Liberally oil a grill pan and heat over high heat for 5 minutes. Remove pork chops from marinade (discarding the marinade) and grill on each side for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to the sheet pan and brush with the remaining ¼ c sauce. Finish cooking in the oven for 4-5 minutes (or until internal temperature reads 145°F). Serve immediately.
Outdoor Grill: Preheat a grill and liberally oil the grates. Remove pork chops from marinade (discarding the marinade) and grill directly under the fire/coals on each side for 7-8 minutes (or until internal temperature reads 145°F). Remove pork chops from grill, brush with remaining ¼ c sauce. Serve immediately.
