Keep all your receipts from The Fresh Market in one convenient location. When you go paperless, you will also receive personalized recommendations and special offers. Next time you visit your local store, be sure to sign up!
At checkout, swipe your credit or debit card. You’ll be asked to enter your email address to begin receiving e-receipts. Multiple cards can also be attached to this same email address.
Make sure your email is correct to ensure you’re going paperless, not receiptless.
That’s all there is to it. You will now automatically receive your receipts via email when this same card is used. We’ll also send you product recommendations, information about weekly specials and personalized offers .
You will receive a Welcome email with a digital $10 off $50 coupon valid for six days after you sign up. Open your Welcome email and click the “ADD COUPON” button. The discount will be automatically applied to your next qualifying purchase within that six day timeframe when you use a credit or debit card attached to your e-receipt account. You can attach multiple payment cards to one email address. And, if you ever need a paper receipt, your cashier will be happy to provide one.
E-Receipts Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is it secure? A: Yes. From the moment you swipe your card, our point-to-point encryption protects payment data.
Q: Why didn't I receive my e-receipt?
Spam: Sometimes e-receipts are delivered to your SPAM folder(s). The e-receipt should have the subject: “Your The Fresh Market Email Receipt.”
Invalid Address: If an invalid email address was entered on the PIN Pad, we will automatically prompt you for another email the next time you check out in store.
Incorrect Address: If a wrong but valid email address was entered on the PIN Pad, you will need to write down that email address the next time it appears on the PIN Pad. Then contact our Customer Care team to unlink that email from your account.
Q: How do I unsubscribe from receiving email or e-receipts from The Fresh Market? A: You can click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of e-receipt emails to manage your communication preferences. If you unsubscribe from e-receipts, you will no longer be prompted to sign up when paying with a card associated to that unsubscribed email address.
Q: How do I change my e-mail address? A: At the bottom of an e-receipt and click "change email address." The email address will be unlinked and during your next purchase you will be prompted to enter a new email address on the PIN Pad. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Care Team for help.
Q: What if I want a paper receipt? A: Paper receipts will be automatically suppressed after signing up for receipts; however, one can be printed upon request during the transaction.
Q: Can I return an item without a paper receipt? A: You can bring the e-receipt back to your local store. There’s no need to print it out if you can display it on a smartphone device.
Q: Can multiple cards be associated to my email address? A: Yes, simply enter your email address on the PIN Pad at checkout whenever you a swipe a new payment card.
Q: I want to re-subscribe? A: If you have previously unsubscribed from receiving e-receipts and want to subscribe again, on any old e-receipt click "unsubscribe". You will be taken to a landing page where you can opt back in by selecting the check box for e-receipts. If you cannot find an old e-receipt, please contact our Customer Care team.
