Salt the rim with tajin by rubbing your piece of pineapple around the outside of your glass, then rolling your glass in tajin. Combine tequila and cold water and infuse your sachet. Rustle the sachet until most of the contents dissolve. Add a splash of pineapple juice and ice. Garnish with pineapple and jalapeño slices, if desired.
*For a mocktail, replace tequila with more cold water.
