Choose the USDA Prime Whole Beef Tenderloin you like and tell our butcher how you want it—cut into individual steaks or left whole and perfectly trimmed and tied. One Whole Beef Tenderloin feeds about 8-10 people.

At a special station on the sales floor, select the ribeye you want and tell the butcher what you’d like—individual steaks to cook or freeze for later, or a perfectly trimmed roast. This delicious cut of beef is hand-trimmed and aged at least 14 days for maximum tenderness.
