
Ingredients
For Chicken:
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 4 The Fresh Market Chicken Kabobs
- Kosher salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pouches (about 16 oz.) ready-to-heat rice
For Steak:
- 2 tbsp The Fresh Market Classic Steakhouse Seasoning
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 4 The Fresh Market Steak Kabobs
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pouches (about 16 oz.) ready-to-heat rice
Directions
For Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix the paprika, rosemary, oregano, cumin and black pepper together until well combined. Place the kabobs on a plate or a baking sheet and sprinkle the kabobs with the seasoning mix, turning the kabobs to coat all over. Season with salt to taste. If desired, let sit for 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. If your air fryer does not fit the full skewer, cut them in half with sturdy kitchen shears. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on each kabob and place the skewers into the air fryer. Cook for 12-14 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning the skewers halfway through cooking.
For Steak:
In a small bowl, mix the Classic Steakhouse Seasoning and cumin together until well combined. Place the kabobs on a plate or a baking sheet and sprinkle the kabobs with the seasoning mix, turning the kabobs to coat all over. If desired, let sit for 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. If your air fryer does not fit the full skewer, cut them in half with sturdy kitchen shears. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on each kabob and place the skewers into the air fryer. Cook until desired internal temperature, turning once halfway during cooking (10-12 minutes for medium, 14-15 minutes for medium-well, 16-17 minutes for well-done).
Heat rice according to package instructions. Place kabobs over rice and enjoy!
